The MLS™ reports are about to receive a major upgrade on Sept. 27! This is the first roll-out of VESTAPLUS™ features into The MLS system, so you can start modernizing your workflow now.
Here are some of the great new features:
1) Sharing via Text, Email and Links
You’ll be able to send reports to clients by email, text or copying a link. Simply click select your listings and click the “SHARE” icon.
2) NEW Map Interactive Report (pictured up top)
This two-sided report allows you to view photos of listings on the left, while viewing their respective locations plotted on a map on the right. Watch video to learn more about Map Interactive Report in VESTAPLUS™
3) NEW Explore Feature in the Map Interactive Report
You can easily find nearby schools, restaurants, hospitals and more using the new “Explore” feature. From within the Map Interactive Report, simply click on the “Explore” button at the top right. From here, you can click on the institution/business’s icon for more information, including GreatSchools ratings when looking at schools.
4) NEW Parcels Features
The Parcels feature has added in some new parcel options: Zoning, Owner Name, Last Market Sale, Year Built, Sale Date/ Value, Building Sq Ft and Sales Price. You can also view detailed information for individual parcels by clicking the “Identify” button, and then clicking on individual parcels.
5) NEW Map Layers
The layers feature now has both View and Search options. If Search is enabled, you can overlay your map with the selected boundaries and search within them. You can even search by Schools!
6) NEW Public Records Report
This report enables you to view public records on multiple properties at once.
7) Driving Directions
Your menu bar will have a link so you can easily access Driving Directions.
