Sell scores: Remine uses property data to predict the amount of time remaining before a listing is put on the market. This information is broken down in categories ranging from 0-6 months to more than 2 years. You can also upload your own contacts to gain insights.

Property records: Search, Filter, and track opportunities using public data and property index information. Visualize data with heat maps.

Ownership time: The majority of homeowners move every 7-12 years. Visualize this data on Remine’s interactive map to see where future housing inventory and buyers might be coming from.

Last sale price: See trends on how homes have sold for your target markets.

Remine is included with your MLS subscription. You do not need to create an account or register on the Remine website. You have access to Remine starter plan with VESTAPLUS™. You have the option to upgrade your plan if you want to take advantage of advanced filters and tracking. You can access it directly from your VESTAPLUS™ Member Dashboard. You can also access any listing in Remine through the detail reports.
