The Bay East Association of REALTORS®, bridgeMLS® Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®, and the Combined Los Angeles/Westside MLS (The MLS™/CLAW) announced today a data share agreement that will give real estate professionals access to property information from dozens of communities in Southern and Northern California.

“This collaboration expands Bay East brokers’ and agents’ access to the most comprehensive listing data for the Greater Los Angeles area,” said Tricia Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of the Bay East Association of REALTORS® (Bay East). “We believe the more information our members have, the better they can assist home buyers and sellers.”

This new data share will provide property data from more than 40 Southern California communities including Greater Los Angeles and Ventura, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties to the Bay East, bridgeMLS® and Contra Costa MLS subscribers and The MLS™/CLAW MLS subscribers will have access to property information from Northern California.

“The market thrives on access and transparency. This will help expand the pool of information that members can analyze to strengthen their industry knowledge and successfully meet the needs of their clients,” said Annie Ives, Chief Executive Officer of The MLS™/CLAW.

With more property information, comparative market analysis conducted by members of all participating associations will be more robust. Additionally, members will all enjoy significantly increased exposure for their listings.

“In this ever-changing real estate landscape, it is paramount that CCAR MLS subscribers have access to listing data throughout California. This collaboration further expands access for brokers and agents from 4 MLSs which empowers them to better serve the consumer,” said Sheiren Diaz, Chief Executive Officer of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors®.

Agents from both Northern and Southern California will have a great ability to refer clients seeking out-of-area opportunities. And, those agents working with investors will have a greater understanding of properties in an expanded geographic area.

”bridgeMLS is all about greater cooperation and compensation – bringing TheMLS™/CLAW data to Paragon, puts us in synch with our ConnectMLS Platform providing our Participants/Subscriber access to even more valuable information.  An MLS is a big as the data that it offers!” said DaVina Lara, Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Realtors®.
