The gargantuan property–originally listed with an asking price of a whopping $200 million, then later cut down to $160 million–has settled on a record-breaking price of $119.75 million after nearly three years on the market, just under sixty percent of its initial asking price. It’s still a selling price for the books, as the Spelling Manor transaction sets a new California record for the most expensive home ever sold in the state.
